By day, I lead PPC and performance strategy for local service businesses (auto repair marketing is the specific niche). My actual job is translating messy reality into clean execution- workflows, automation, reporting, and "how does this actually work?"

WHY THIS SITE EXISTS

This site is a public lab notebook.

I’m not an influencer. I’m not trying to build a personal brand to sell you a course. I write to figure things out.

If I’m building a new automation flow in n8n, I document it here.
If I’m testing a new way to structure client reporting, I break it down here.
If I find a better way to manage energy and attention so I don’t burnout, I share the notes.

THE "NOT A FUNNEL" PACT

This isn’t a funnel. There is no content calendar. I don’t publish to hit an algorithm KPI.

I write for myself first. If it resonates with you, great. If not, you’re still welcome to steal the ideas and move on.

CONSULTING

Occasionally, I help agency operators clean up their delivery systems, automation, and reporting. It’s a side door, not the main point of this site. If you’re drowning in operational chaos and want clarity, shoot me a message here.
